Pane sotto e fasule - stale bread softened with sauce made
from cooking beans.
Pesce all'acqua pazza - anchovies, sardines and mackerel cooked
with garlic, chili peper and parsley.
Coniglio all'ischitana - rabbit bred in a ditch and cooked
in white wine, garlic, cherry tomatoes and chilli pepper.
Honey - especialy from near Forio. Made by hand by the island's
bee keepers.
